We are a full service property maintenance and refurbishment company, with offices in Heywood  & Chester.

Established in 1949 and registered as a limited company in 1991, we are members of the CITB, registered with Constructionline and approved by the National Britannia SafeContractor scheme. Kaberry also holds full GasSafe and NICEIC registrations.

We directly employ 80 tradesmen and operate over 70 vehicles, providing 24/7 response to high profile clients, including leisure, brewery and retail companies. We are Investor in People accredited.

At Kaberry we specialise in cost effective solutions to property care programmes.

We service term maintenance requirements, planned works and property updates, with an emphasis on timely response and strict adherence to agreed performance.

Each contract is overseen by an experienced manager and supervisor and all works are completed to our exacting safety standards.
